Why do muslims, without qualifying their absurd claims, call these 2 websites as lying? Based on what hard evidences do they claim these 2 websites as wrong? WHAT?

I mean, if you can show us WHY, despite these 2 websites giving direct quotes and scenarios from the q'uran and hadeeths that they are lying, I would be glad to discuss further.

Otherwise, shouldn't you muslims be digging out the truth about islam further instead of just simply believing in something that's not even qualified in the first place? That's like no difference from believing in Ultraman or Superman.

Or is your solution to your unbelievable religion found only in the word - S-U-B-M-I-S-S-I-O-N ?

Councim, that's not an error because ONLY the muslims believe that muhammad is a prophet. So, to the rest, since the muslims insist, then in islam, the only prophet is muhammad.

by your overly simplistic answer, I know you have not even gone through the website because the 2 sites you have referred to here, I have already visited. And they do NOT answer these 2 websites. If you think they do, please quote for me here.

you are right in your views. I have no less than 20 muslim friends who do not know that I abhor islam because I always try to see them beyond their religion. The problem with them is, all of them are stuck in the circular reasoning for islam, and many do not even have more than 10 years of secular education.

The problem we have today is exacerbated by the poverty in these muslim countries, but before we can upgrade their livelihood, islam must first be banned because otherwise the support that we provide will one day turn against us. Islam is not a religion of peace, and the whole world now knows. Problem is how do we deal with it now with this knowledge?

Bandicoot and ET, I don't need anyone to tell me what is written because I have with me the q'uran and some hadeeths. I can read for myself instead of letting someone feed me with his lies and trash. Thank you.

Deep Sky, thank you so much for asking this question. I have been reading your qeustions for a whiel now and you keep askign questions about Islam. It is hard to get your take on Islam but I can say that if you learning about Islam through soucres such as these sites i can say with certainty that you are nto learning about Islam at all. If you are truly trying to get an understanding about Islam here are some suggestions.

-Visit a Mosque and ask questions, they will not try to force you into Islam, Religion is not compulsory in Islam

-Read the book The Complete Idiots Guide To Understanding Islam

-Get a Qur'an

I don't know what shall I say after see one of the web site that you have posted it let me tell you something is full of lie and it has never change my believe , if you see the story of jinn you could see that this picture is a picture of jinn where our prophet ( pbuh ) according to their lie that our prophet learned Islam from it and they simply said do you know what is this go further .They tell a lie and they tell you that they tell a lie eye to eye. and by the way they give picture of one of the Islamic sects and they claimed that all Muslim believe in that .

There is a small group of militants in Saudi Arabia that are hitting and disrupting Christian sites with pornography and blasphemy. We were hit last year and all we do is tell about the work we do with inner city kids. The people that harass Y/A's R&S section are signing onto the same tactics. OKay Deep Sky, I have looked at your two websites. And my opinion they are nothing but propaganda sites filled with a lot of misinformation; it'd be like trying to get accurate information about the Jewish people from visiting a neo-Nazi website.

Why do you spend your time trying to slander another's faith? Don't you have better things to do?

Here's a lie in the second sentence of the front page of the site:
"Muhammad, its lone prophet.."
Muslims believe in ALL the prophets. Adam, Moses, Israel, Abraham, Jesus, Muhammad, etc (pbut).

Edit: Your argument makes no sense. If you studied Islam as much as you claim, you would understand that. Just because OTHER religions don't recognize Muhammad (pbuh) as a prophet, doesn't make him the ONLY one we follow.

Re-Edit: If we suddenly claimed Jesus wasn't a prophet, does that suddenly make YOUR belief wrong in YOUR eyes? No.

There are many reasons (for the "prophet of doom) site but just to name a few of the most obvious reasons:

1) In the Islamic quotes section it says "in Muhammad's own words", this would be understandable if it quoted only Qur'an and hadeeth, but it also quotes individuals such as ishaaq, which are the words of historians, which many times are not necessarily authentic and not veriable.

2) Mistranslations and quotes out of context.

Example 1:

"Fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, harass them, lie in wait and ambush them using every stratagem of war." [Qur'an:9:5]

The correct translation is "Kill the pagans wherever you find them", not "disbelievers", since the verse was referring to the pagans of makkah. As for jews and christians, then they are given the choice of jizyah.

Example 2:

The site says that the Qur'an says in 4:55: "Sufficient for the Jew is the Flaming Fire!"

the verse really says:

Of them were (some) who believed in him (Muhammad SAW), and of them were (some) who averted their faces from him (Muhammad SAW); and enough is Hell for burning (them)." [4:55]

Example 3

From sahih bukhari
"‘O Mother of the faithful, did Muhammad see his Lord?' Aisha said, ‘What you have said makes my hair stand on end! Know that if somebody tells you the following things, he is a liar. Whoever tells you that Muhammad saw his Lord, is a liar. [i.e., the Qur'an isn't from God] Whoever tells you that the Prophet knows what is going to happen tomorrow, is a liar.[i.e., Muhammad wasn't a prophet] Aisha added. ‘The Prophet saw Gabriel in his true form twice.'" [i.e., the Qur'an is 112 surahs too long]

The "I.e. the Qur'an isnt from God" is the website's own insertation. Whether the Qur'an is from God or not has nothing to do with whether the Prophet saw God. The Qur'an was revealed by God through the angel gabriel. The Prophet (peace and blessings of God be upon him) spoke with God on the Night Journey yet did not see him(he saw light) and this is what Aysha was discussing, for people were claiming that he saw God.

The main problem i have with the site is that people will not understand the majority of the quotes because of the language used. They will believe something means something and implies something when in reality it doesnt. Another issue is that the site's main focus is on quotes that they can use to fit their agenda, while ignoring quotes that help make the picture of Islam much clearer.

For example, consider the quote:

Qur'an 3:19 "Lo! religion with Allah (is) Surrender."

which is used in the site to prove that there is no freedom and choice, along with the other quotes about war and jihaad, all the while ignoring verses such as:

"There is no compulsion in religion"

"You are not a compeller over them"

It is true that God will punish t hose who dont obey Him, but this doesnt have to do with whether non-muslims are to be tolerated by Muslims and allowed to follow their own religion.

Another example are the quotes used to prove that Islam is about "deception", all the while ignoring statements of the prophet such as:

" a believer neither lies or deceives"

The context of deceit in Islam is explained that it can exclusively be used in war, and it does not justify breaking treaties or oaths.

Except those of the Mushrikun(pagans) with whom you have a treaty, and who have not subsequently failed you in aught, nor have supported anyone against you. So fulfill their treaty to them to the end of their term. Surely Allah loves Al- Mattaqun (the pious - see V.2:2). [9:4]

Another lie is the "Allah the Only ilah" compared to "ar-Rahman, the other ilah". Ar-Rahman (the most Gracious) is simply a name of Allah. This is why each chapter with the exception of one starts with "In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious(Ar-Rahman), the Most Merciful" And is also shown by the verse:

He is Allah, than Whom there is god but He the All-Knower of the unseen and the seen (open). He is the Most Gracious (Ar-Rahman), the Most Merciful. [59:22]

Each verse and hadeeth applies in a certain context, this is why Islamic jurisprudence is extremely intricate. Peace applies at certain times, and war applies at certain times. Mercy applies and certain times/situations, and punishment applies at certain times/situations.

AS for the second website(I just looked at it, one of the most obvious lies is this:

"The Muslim Qur'an (Koran) and Muslim Hadith are unique among all the sacred writings in the entire world -- because they alone counsel its followers to make war on unbelievers.
"

This is completely a lie. According to the old testament God commanded Moses to fight unbelievers, as well as other prophets.

"Then I heard the LORD say to the other men, "Follow him through the city and kill everyone whose forehead is not marked. Show no mercy; have no pity! Kill them all – old and young, girls and women and little children. But do not touch anyone with the mark. Begin your task right here at the Temple." So they began by killing the seventy leaders. "Defile the Temple!" the LORD commanded. "Fill its courtyards with the bodies of those you kill! Go!" So they went throughout the city and did as they were told." (Ezekiel 9:5-7 NLT)

"You are my battle-ax and sword," says the LORD. "With you I will shatter nations and destroy many kingdoms. With you I will shatter armies, destroying the horse and rider, the chariot and charioteer. With you I will shatter men and women, old people and children, young men and maidens. With you I will shatter shepherds and flocks, farmers and oxen, captains and rulers. "As you watch, I will repay Babylon and the people of Babylonia for all the wrong they have done to my people in Jerusalem," says the LORD. "Look, O mighty mountain, destroyer of the earth! I am your enemy," says the LORD. "I will raise my fist against you, to roll you down from the heights. When I am finished, you will be nothing but a heap of rubble. You will be desolate forever. Even your stones will never again be used for building. You will be completely wiped out," says the LORD. (Jeremiah 51:20-26)

"The LORD issued the following command to Moses: "Seize all the ringleaders and execute them before the LORD in broad daylight, so his fierce anger will turn away from the people of Israel." So Moses ordered Israel's judges to execute everyone who had joined in worshiping Baal of Peor. Just then one of the Israelite men brought a Midianite woman into the camp, right before the eyes of Moses and all the people, as they were weeping at the entrance of the Tabernacle. When Phinehas son of Eleazar and grandson of Aaron the priest saw this, he jumped up and left the assembly. Then he took a spear and rushed after the man into his tent. Phinehas thrust the spear all the way through the man's body and into the woman's stomach. So the plague against the Israelites was stopped, but not before 24,000 people had died. (Numbers 25:1-9 NLT)



Interesting how the site says:

According to the old testament, God demanded the blood of innocent women and children! And not only that, God demanded that the blood of jesus be spilt so that the sins of men should be wiped away.
