I would like to know which writing system is considerated to be the most advanced, modern, efficient.

None, really. Latin letters are predominant, obviously, because so many languages, including English, use them - but all writing systems get the job they're meant to do done, so you can't really say some are better, or more advanced, than others.

This is a loaded question, because whatever you mean by the word advanced will not be the same as what your readers mean. Unless you give more context, your question both cannot be answered and whatever answer you receive will be in a context that you will not be aware of.

The writing system is dictated by the overall structure of the language itself. Most languages of technologically advanced peoples use an alphabetic system. However, the grammar of Chinese is such that pictographs are much more appropriate, and the grammar of Japanese is such that a syllabary is much more appropriate.
