We have only slept on ours for 3 nights now, but that has been long enough for my hubby to see a lot of relief from morning back pain. He would hurt worse when he got up most morning than he did when he went to bed at night. First morning he said getting out of bed was difficult, so I did a bit of research and found they suggest you pump your side up to 90 in the morning if you have back problems. This firms bed up enough to make rolling out of bed easier(you are not trying to climb out of a pillow then, lol). If you have back problems you want to sleep with a lower #, hubby's is 30, that way it cradles and holds spine straighter than a hard surface. So we both vote it is worth every penny! Good night, we're headed off for heavenly night #4!

If you have back problems or trouble sleeping on any mattress, it should work GREAT for you. You just lie on the bed and push the button until the mattress feels as firm or soft as you want it. It will stay at that position until you change it. On a full, queen, or king mattress, each side can be adjusted seperately.
