If she likes you she has no motive to lie!
You should just persevere regardless, even if she is invloved it does not mean anything, just because someone is dating doesnt mean its forever, I had at least 20 relationships before getting married.
You are in a great position believe it or not, just tell her you like her and you want her, give her some BS about you can spend some time together as friends, use this time to cast your spell.

i f she likes you she wouldn't lie.I think she is telling the truth.But if you want,you can try to find information about her.
