I think you mean eps anyway to change formats open the image in you image editor and click on file click "save as" when the save as box appears you should see a field with a drop down list called "save as type" click it you can then choose the format to save it in

I assume you mean .eps. You'll need a graphics program like PhotoShop. There are some free graphics conversion utilities around. Try Shareware.com.

Drag it into Macromedia Flash, use the Trace Bitmap command then export it to .eps, assuming you meant .eps...
