Raspberry Bars
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
2/3 cup raspberry jam
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1 1/3 cups (3 1/2 ounce can) coconut
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon sugar
Cream together 1 cup butter or margarine and 1 cup sugar; add 1 egg and flour and blend well. Pat the crust mixture into a greased 9x13x2-inch baking pan.
Spread raspberry jam over crust layer. Mix together remaining ingredients; spread evenly over jam layer. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pan on rack then cut into bars.

Creamy Candy Bar Dessert = YUMMY
INGREDIENTS
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 32 squares)
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 (12 ounce) jar hot fudge ice cream topping
FILLING:
1/2 cup cold milk
2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant vanilla or chocolate pudding mix
2 (16 ounce) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
6 Snickers ® candy, chopped, divided
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine the crumb and sugar; stir in butter. Press onto an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. dish. In a small saucepan, heat the fudge topping over low heat until warmed; pour evenly over crust. Cool.
In a mixing bowl, beat the milk, pudding mix and whipped topping for 2-3 minutes or until stiff, scraping sides of bowl often. stir in three-fourths of the candy bar pieces. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining candy bar pieces. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight. Refrigerate leftovers.
I have also used butterfingers, twix, kitkats and reeses.

Or you can just make a chocolate chip recipe and put in a pan instead of making cookies and top with vanilla ice cream.

these are called "Magic Cookies" and they really are... people squeal when I make them... they are delish...
Magic Cookies
INGREDIENTS
* 1/2 cup margarine, melted
* 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
* 1 cup chopped walnuts
* 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
* 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
* 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2. Into bottom of 9 x1 3 pan pour melted margarine. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over melted margarine, chopped nuts over crumbs, then distribute chocolate chips over nuts. Add the coconut and pour milk over all.
3. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Cool 15 minutes before cutting into finger length bars.

For Cake:
1 box (18 1/4 ounces) German chocolate cake mix (recommended: Betty Crocker)
1 stick butter, softened
1 egg
1 ounce red food coloring (recommended: McCormick)
For Cream Cheese Layer:
16 ounces cream cheese, softened (recommended: Philadelphia)
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (recommended: McCormick)
Set up grill for indirect cooking over medium heat. Spray 9 by 13-inch foil pan with cooking spray; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat with an electric mixer on low speed, cake mix, butter, egg, and food coloring until combined. Press cake mixture into prepared pan; set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat to combine. Spread cream cheese mixture over cake layer.
Place foil pan in a second foil pan for stability and insulation. Place on hot grill away from heat. Cover and bake 40 to 50 minutes. Rotate pan halfway through baking.
Remove from grill and cool completely before cutting.
INDOOR: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9 by13-inch baking pan lightly with cooking spray; set aside. Prepare bars as directed. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until bars barely start to pull away from sides. Cool completely before cutting.
