My Idea : on my left wrist my son name 'Tyson' with a halo over the T. (He passed away after a day in '04) Then on my right wrist my girl name 'Tylen' with a princess crown over the T (she was born in '06 healthy)
My boyfriend, the father doesnt think its original enough. So what could I get to show my 2 kids and their position in my life?

I think it's a wonderful idea! I can even design them for you if you like. If you have any more children, I'm sure you could have them tattooed just above the others on your wrists, or on your ankles instead ^_^ I think it's a very original idea. Failing that, you could have them with angel and fairy wings, which could also represent that your poor Tyson has passed to the other side. I think it might be more artistic than a halo and crown? Maybe that's just me as I practice angel magic...

I like your idea. And I also like the idea of the wings around their names. Maybe wings and a halo over Tyson and wings and a crown over Tylen? I think that would look really good. I'm sorry to hear about Tyson and I love the name Tylen. :)

go to your artist with the general concept and design idea and he or she can take it from there with some input; it will be original and cool.
a good artist won't do the same tattoo over and over again in the sense that they make it thiers via adding or subtracting colors, lines etc etc...i just got a tat and the artist added colors and depth and lines and was so much better than the picture i showed him...
they know what to do...trust them.

How about little angel wings craddleing their name,
(one wing) Tyson(one wing)
(one wing) Tylen (one wing)
I am sure the tattoo artist can make some really nice wings on each side of the name.
They are both angels...

i like that idea.. but whenever i have kids, im going to put a tattoo on my back with my kids name in it. its going to be little foot steps going diagonally across the lower part of my back and im going to have a foot step for each kid i have - so hopefully 3 and then im going to have the name of each kid in the foot. and just make it look cute. thats just an idea though, but your idea is cute too - and im VERY sorry about your son Tyson...

A tattoo does not show your kids your love them more or less. Talking to them, and being there for them is enough love. I am sorry to hear about your lose, but more tattoos does not prove anything.
ALSO: if you have to ask an on-line poll what tattoo you should get, that means you really do not need it or want it. I feel is you are going to get a tattoo make is have meaning and something that means something to you. not just anything.. FYI I think two is enough, especially if you have to go on interviews for work.

I think it's a lovely idea, but I would be careful where you get it. Also, what if you have another child and all your wrists are taken up! Can you think of anywhere else on your body that you would have them?

I love the idea, but what if you ever have more kids where would you put them.
I think on your back or you ankel would look the best.

I think your idea is very cute and you should def do what ever you feel is right for you.
You might even add their birth flowers to the mix if you want a lil more even though i think what you want is just fine.
