Think hard on this one please... Don't just dismiss the question and say "No." This should be an introspective exercise... try to find that one thing that could be a weakness in your faith, what is it?

I can honestly say NO to this question...here's why. During my lifetime I was molested (kid), beaten, raped, stabbed, cursed, abandoned, cheated on, lied to, hated, hurt, depressed, used, confused But never lost faith.

Now do you want to know why? My God, the one people say doesn't exist took time for me. How? He whispered peace to my soul. Every time I was going through something I felt was too big for me to handle I gave it to Him through prayer. There is not a pit large enough to deter God from rescuing you if you so will it -That you call on Him and ask for His help. When I look back over the course of my life I am amazed at the joy & peace I now have. People need to understand something--- I didnt DO anything to attain this state of mind. It is a gift of God.

A week or two ago people were asking "what if" questions about the discovery of "Jesus' bones." While I find the current claims pretty laughable, it did make me think: what if, somehow (cuz I can't imagine how) people were able to prove that they found the bodily remains of Jesus of Nazareth? And I mean 100% certainty that this was the same man who is written about in the bible etc.

I don't know if such a discovery would make me lose my faith, but being a theologian, it would bring up a lot of VERY hard questions. A lot of faith is believing in something that cannot be proven by impartial human sciences while, to me, taking into account those facts which we can prove. So a lack of "proof" doesn't bother my faith; solid proof that was so contradictory to a core belief of my faith (Jesus being 100% human and also 100% God) would be a struggle.

Yes, the only thing that can cause me to lose my faith is me. If I stop doing things that build my faith, then yes, I can lose my faith. At this point in time, I do not plan doing that.

Sure there is. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. I cannot say that my faith is unshakable or even unsinkable. Al the moment, I cannot think of "that one thing" but I am sure it would be very traumatic, both the cause and the outcome.

No.
i have faith in God, a faith which is based upon reasoning as well as experience.
i can rationally prove that God exist, but i don't want to disturb the minds of the athiests (because atheism is also a faith).

Since faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God, if I were to quit studying God's word I have little doubt that my faith would fail.

You know what...

I have all I need in Jesus Christ. When I walk through the valley's of life, he takes my hand and walks with me. Sometimes, when I am weak, he carries me.

When I am on top of the mountain...he is there to celebrate with me.

What more do I need?

...nothing. I have it all!

I am sold out to Jesus. No trickery of Satan could cause me to recant, especially this garbage about the Lost Tomb.

the day you can prove to me there aren't Lepricauns, I will abandon my ideas in a second!!

Until then, I'm going to keep on spending most of my life searching for the pot of gold.
