Members of my family have visited Israel with no trouble over the past 20 or so years. You always assume a risk when you travel anywhere...Americans are targets wherever we go. Even so, the chances that you will be fine outweigh the chance that you will be harmed. Check with the State Department and the local embassy via their websites for tourist advisories, stay with your traveling group and don't go off exploring by yourself. Fly El-Al, the Israeli airline has a stellar security record. Have fun and enjoy your trip.

Is it ever really safe? A suicide bomber could attack anywhere at anytime. So is it really safe to walk out our front door? Dont let terrorists scare you that is what they want to do. Id go and see the Holy land. I dont know your relatioship with God but, why not check out what could be your home for eternity. Amen and Peace out................
