Yesterday I made tuna fish but I forgot to put the leftovers away for 2 hours. Then I put it away but I didnt put any foil or wrap over the top of the bowl. Is it still safe to eat?

If you mean tuna fish salad throw it out since there is mayo in it. By the way I had tuna fish salad yesterday. YUM

When in doubt, throw it out -- particularly if it has mayo. You might be okay, but why risk getting sick.
