There is not fast fix to weight loss and continuing to be healthy. Weight does not get put on overnight, nor does it come off overnight. You need to start excerising regularly and eat better. I suggest at 30 mins of exercise a day and try and count your calories. Stay in a normal range or slightly lower. Try starting with 1400 calories a day and go from there.

Try to only eat 3 meals a day & dont snack in between like toast for breakfast & a fruit or milk drink preferably real fruit julice or skimmer milk, for lunch have a healthy sandwich or a salad or something light that will make u feel full.
for dinner try to elclude 3 different veges onto your plate & grill the food dont cook it in oil unless u use extra virgin olive oil & only drink water through out your day & drink 1 glass of water before every meal.
try and time your sleep so that u have no less but no more than 9 hrs & as soon as u wake up have a glass of water put your shoes on & go for a walk keep your walk at 4 to 5km per hr & do a good 20mins of that then when u finish floor exercises are a good way or streching & toning your muscles do that before & after every walk & drink lots of water

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! How fast are you talking about here? Anyway, you need to stay off junk food and you need to exercise. There's no escaping exercise.
I suggest that you start walking/jogging at least 6km a hour for three days a week and watch your diet! It's a must! Then you could do a bit of strength training for the remainder of the week. Lifting weights and crunches and stuff so that you don't lose muscle mass and in fact, gain a bit of it. If you keep this up consistently, you can at least lose about 3 kgs in a mth.

Try a low carb diet. It is very good and you don't have to give up the things that you like. The only thing you have to do is eat less, do exercise, and drink plenty of water.
The diet consists of 3 meals and 3 snacks and you eat every two hours or so. Breakfast is 30 carbs, snack 15, lunch 60, snack 15, dinner 60, and snack 15. It really works.

Try walking fast for 30-45 mins a day, drinks lots of water and green tea and make a diet that includes only fruit and steamed veggies, skimmed milk and boiled chicken. Cut on carbs, fatty food , sugar and salt for 2 to 3 weeks, that should help you a lot, and you would still be getting all the vitamins and protein you need, just one advice: STARVING is NOT the answer, that will only make it worse, and be realistic...good luck!!!

62kg equals out to about 137lbs. The best way to shed weight is to do at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. Eat lots of foods that contain protein (eggs, tuna, chicken). Also, 4 smaller meals a day instead of 3 bigger meals helps speed up your metabolism. If you have trouble thinking of healthy meals for yourself, try idiotproofdiet.com, or south beach diet. Also, try cutting out soda and sugary drinks and sticking to water. Hope this helps!

You can cut off a body part? Legs aren't necessary to staying alive and since it is the largest muscle group they are about half your body weight...losing that much in a matter of hours in surgery...would be very fast indeed. And since your legs won't be growing back, it is permanent.
Does that sound dumb? So does your question. There is no quick fix to getting healthy, esp losing weight. Whatever you see in the mirror took a lifetime to accomplish.
It took time to get your size, and it will take time to change your size. Do it right.
Exercise, healthy eating.

the most easy way to lose weight is exersize, every diet i tried was rubbish and i joined a boxing gym and lost weight straight away and lost 4 stone in 6 months. but any exersize that gets you out of breath is very good 4 times a week, try for a few months and see how much weight you lose, but dont starve yourself

Well posting this question more than once is not going to help you lose weight faster. I totally agree with jettaum97! Also by taking the weight off more slowly you are less likely to end up with saggy/excess skin.
