diet coke just has no sugar, coke zero had no sugar or calories. Pop is bad for you all together, and diet pop uses what's called aspirtine (spelling might be wrong). It's a fake sugar that isn't that great for you either.

i'm drinking coke zero right now!!!!
there's no difference , they are both 0 calories; coke 0 has 40mg of sodium, maybe someone knows how much is in diet coke
i am usually a diet pepsidrinker but i like coke 0 cause it tastes more like classic coke

Coke Zero I think is better for you and it DEFINATELY tastes better!!! Diet Coke is made with artificial sweteners that are VERY bad for you system while Coke Zero is made with Splenda and is a tad healthier for you.

They both have same calorific content. Coke Zero is a marketing ploy to sell low calorie coke to men, cos Diet Coke is seen as girly.
Same with Pepsi Max, which is the same as Diet Pepsi.

I'm not sure that one or the other is better for you. If they contain aspartame I'd stay away from them. If you're not diabetic a little sugar won't hurt you. I am diabetic and I've found a lot of foods without sugar can taste very good, I drink Diet Rite pure zero and it is sweetened with Splenda. One or two a week that's all, good ole water is find with me and what I drink is filtered tap water( you could try the reverse osmosis filters),

Coke zero doesnt have that much taste and has less calories then coke.
