hold your nose and blow out of your ears like scuba divers do to equalize the pressure. take a dcongestant like afrin, drix nasal spray,..etc.,....and rest.

I literally am just getting over the same thing...so I feel your pain. There is nothing you can really do to hear better cause you are all clogged up. Def go to the dr and get some meds -- I didnt' and I ended up getting ear infections in both ears because of all the crap in there. So nasty I know... Feel better!

I have the same thing and I talked to my Dr and she said that I need to try letting water in the ear canal then take a Q-tip and see if there is blood on it

Go to a doctor or buy some over the counter medicine. It may be an infection. Get well soon.

You can drink tea and drink it slow try green tea.. the pressure in your ears should go away if not call a doc

Go to the doctor. I just had the same thing and needed antibiotics to get rid of it.
