The Watchtower corrected itself in later years. We are not afraid of correcting a wrong and publishing it. Is something wrong with that? No."
Well, yes, something is wrong with that. The watchtower feels that they are led by the Holy Spirit to print what they print. The Bible teaches that prophecies that do not come true are FALSE prophecies....this would then make the watchtower false.
"And you personally have some sort of attack against the Witnesses. What's wrong? What have you been told that makes you come after us so much?"
I feel that the asker is just concerned for your salvation. Just like how you want to share the word that you believe, so do other Christians. What's wrong is that Jehovah's Witnesses do not believe that Jesus Christ is God in the flesh. True Christians believe that God made himself man to save the world from our own sins.
"All of your questions have been directed toward Jehovah's Witnesses. Stereotyping and pointing fingers is not going to make your choice of religion any better. "
You are right about that. But, in order to get to Jehovah, you must first go thru the Son. There is nothing stereotypical about that. May Jesus save you. JWs have the right idea...very religious and follow rules, but at the same time, they are missing a very important part of life. Jesus IS God and believing this, while acting like Christ would, and repenting for sins, is salvation.
Brown Skin.... I just read Matthew 1. Take a look at this part and pay attention to verse 23:
18Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.
19Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily.
20But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.
21And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
22Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,
23Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
24Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife:
25And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.
So logically JESUS=EMMANUEL=GOD=JEHOVAH
I can find more if you're not convinced. Again, this is not an attack on YOU just a person witnessing the real truth. How would JWs feel if Christians got a list of all JWs and set up times to go witness to them? Hmmmm maybe that's a good idea. It's not insult sweetie, it's love and care for your salvation.
Oh and to answer your question "who in the world would have to go through themselves to get to themselves???!!!" well, no one in the world does, but the Father and Son in heaven, do. They are BOTH divine.

I follow God no matter what.

All of your questions have been directed toward Jehovah's Witnesses. Stereotyping and pointing fingers is not going to make your choice of religion any better.
I've read the Bible - completely - by itself. And I still have a routine to read the bible on a daily basis.
However, I like the publications b/c the clear up things in the bible that even you wonder about. Like the question about 1925. There isn't a place in the bible that states the world would end then. It was a misunderstanding and misinterpretting of the Bible.
I like to take advantage of the wonderful provisions by God. The 'Faithful and discreet slave class' who provide us with bible aids to help understand and get the full meaning of the Bible. I'm secure in my faith. I don't have to stop doing anything to appreciate the wonderful blessings I receive everyday by worshiping the one only true God - Jehovah! ♥

I follow no man. I follow only Jehovah God's instructions as do all Christian Witnesses of Jehovah. We do as his Word commands and we test all things to make sure they are from God and not from men. All Christendoms churches have leaders, yet you do not single them out. Catholics follow the Pope, other denominations have clergy whether paid or unpaid to lead their congregations. Who do they listen to__their ministers or the Bible?
When you become a perfect man and know all things, then others will listen to you---until that happens your words will fall on deaf ears. Your self -righteous attitude remind me of this verse found at Romans 10:2---"For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge." KJV
J.C.-- The Bible was written by men too, but inspired by God.
Our Bible study aids are also written by anointed mature Christians who without the help of Jehovah's spirit, could never produce as much spiritual food as they do in over 300 languages, in order to help meek ones learn what God's Kingdom is. When Jehovah's Witnesses were persecuted and imprisoned in Hitler's concentration camps, they had no study aids or Bible, but relied totally on their knowledge of the Scriptures in their memory. This helped them to cope with the suffering they had to endure. I read the Bible daily and it is a comfort.

I am not a Jehovahs Witness.
A Jehovahs Witness believe in Jesus Christ. They are a denomination of christianity. You might want to ask if Christians themselves are willing to follow Jesus, or a blind preacher screaming hell and damknation. (blind will be offended.)
