You shouldn't really need to 9.5 stone at your height is perfectly ok. Crash diets are ALWAYS a bad idea. Don't do it. Go to see your doctor if you feel you are overweight and they can give you advice. As soon as you lose weight "quickly", it will coem back on, and you run the risk of makign yourself ill in the process.

You don't want to lose too much weight, and you don't want to lose it too quickly: That would be setting yourself for a LOT of health problems.
But if you drink a lot of water, eat a good balanced diet (small portions), and don't eat fried foods or junk food, the excess weight should come off. And it will come off faster if you exercise too.

I can imagine 65 kg but give me your height in metric too! Maybe you dont need it. Anyway if you want to do that-exercise exercise exercise and avoid eating too much sweets and fatty food. That simple! If you want it too fast-you can harm yourself.
