morning, because it gets your metabolism up for the whole day, otherwise it's kind of a waste because you get your metabolism up to burn fat and then just go to sleep and screw up the process.

morning !! think about it the army . marines run pt in the morning for a reason , a good cardio work out .in the morning burns more energy , raises the heart rate and will get more energized for the day . i always work out first thing in the morning , maybe that's while people think I'm wired .lol

The best time to work our for you is the best time to work out FOR YOU. There are pros and cons to morning, noon, night, and even 4AM! Whichever one gets your butt in the gym is the right answer for you.
There is no magic "fat burning" time for the human body.

It is actually in the late after noon. In the morning you are more prone to pull a muscle and in the evening all of your bones and muscles are compact. I had to do a report on it a few years ago
