It worked for me. But it depends on how much whitening you need done, it's only going to lighten a couple of shades, so if your teeth are stained pretty bad, then you aren't going to see great results.
I did notice my teeth become more senstive to hot/cold but nothing I couldn't handle.

I have had great luck with them. I even tried the generic brands in the pharmacy. I noticed a difference right off. But be careful, some people have a sensitivity problem with their lower teeth. Using Sensidine (or some other tooth sensitivity toothpaste) 1-2 weeks prior to whitening really helps. You don't have to spend alot to have your teeth whiter, it just takes longer than having a dentist do it.

Heck yeah they work. I can notice a difference in a matter of a couple of days. A friend of mine also told me that she went to the dentist to get hers whitened and the dentist told her that it would be cheaper and she would receive the same results if she purchased the white strips rather than him doing it.

For me they took longer to work than normal, but only because I have very sensitive teeth and could only use them once a day instead of the twice a day that most people do. But yes, they really do work!

I've never tried Crest White Stips, but if you really want white teeth; then have your dentist do it.

I have never tried them, but my dentist said they work. You just have to make sure you follow the directions, and use them as often as you are told.

It does..... but don´t use it for a long time, a month (max.) because it can damage your teeth.
