What is the phonetic pronunciation of the name Phuong in English? Is it pronounced like foo-ong, or like poo-ong? Or some other way?

Also, is there any special nicknames that vietnamese give to white people in vietnam?

Thanks

As has been pointed out, "foo-ong" is the correct pronunciation.
The kids call me Anh My (pronounced ahn me) which translated means Mr. American. The adults call me Em or Anh Rick depending if they are older or younger than I am.

It's pronounced foo-ong.

My co-worker also tells me "white people" in Vietnamese is "my" (pronounced mee), and "trang" (pronounced trang). He can't think of any nicknames.

Funny nickname story: At my last job, there was this very Vietnamese-looking Vietnamese guy named Tommy Tran. Funny guy, but he had a head shaped like an evil gremlin in the Gremlins movie. We used to call him "Hoch" (short for Ho Chi Minh).
