My life began to take on meaning when I found the love God has for me through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. One day, when I was least expecting it, I was born again, and experienced a life transforming change when I encountered the risen Christ. Since that day over 36 years ago I have never doubted that Jesus of Nazareth is the Son of God, come down from heaven, who died for the sins of all men, but for mine in particular; and who rose again from the dead. I have complete confidence that the eternal life He promises is real and that He has the power to make good His promise. He has furthermore sent His Holy Spirit into my heart, and I live in a daily awareness that I am His and He is mine.
"And this is eternal life, that they may know You (God the Father), the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent." (John 17:3)
Jesus Christ said "Seek and you will find..."
Begin reading the New Testament. Begin with the Gospel of John, and may God lead you into His truth and peace.

I felt like I died inside once. I guess I've "come back to life", but it has been a long recovery. I don't know if the spark has really re-lit yet, so maybe my life hasn't really restarted yet.
