Just out of the blue, the mall near us now has gang-bangers or wannabe's walking around trying to intimidate the families there. I've seen MMafia types at the grocery store. It's insane. To all the people who haven't been exposed to this yet -- you will eventually. This gang problem is spreading across the country like an out of control cancer. In just a few months time, our area has totally transformed.

Let's say you're at a shopping center and these guys are walking around with a big smirk on their face because they know they're making everyone else nervous? I'm so sick of having to figure out which parts of town to avoid, where to travel, where not to travel. America should not be like this.

I don't think the US government should be sticking its nose in other people's business (for the most part). I'm more of an isolationist but still hawkish on defense. But I can bet you American's aren't flooding into your country to live there. Plus, your "whole world belongs to God" idea could be used to say that all money belongs to God, therefore you should share all your money and possessions with everyone here on Yahoo answers. Go back to your country and make it a better place instead of abandoning your people just so you can buy a big screen TV from one of our Walmarts.

like the cowards they are, they admire illegal immigrants from a distance. but when the unpleasants they defend come to THEIR neighborhood, watch how fast a for sale sign pops up in their front yard.

Yep, ive lived in Long Beach, Palmdale, Chatsworth, Woodland Hills and Simi Valley and there is always one in each neighborhood. 2 years ago a group of Mexicans got out of a suburban on a street next to the school and beat all of my white friends with golf clubs, even their parents. They have also taken over my own high school and now there are stabbings often and 1 shooting. Its sad how these peoples parents come looking for work which is understandable but fail to discipline their kids so instead their kids take over our streets and get our children addicted to drugs etc.

Yes. The neighborhood I lived in used to be a really nice neighborhood, one that a family could be proud to live in, but now its run down hill. The mall near me is constantly overcrowded with gang members yelling in spanish and constantly intimidating people who are going to the mall.

That is the reason my family moved out of Houston years ago. The neighborhood I live in now is 11 miles from the nearest town, and is all white.

it would be ignorant to think that gang violence is a problem of illegal immigration. if u think that then go down some cities where there is gangs and ask around and u will see. If u think that illegal deportations or crossing will stop that activity you are terribly wrong! I hate gangs and what they do and the feel of superiority. i want it all to end being central americans, asians or blacks.
down here in my area there is a rise in gang activity and shootings.......they are african american blacks.

FYI, the very dangerous and notorious MS-13, a Salvadoran gang, consists mostly of young men who are here legally. Salvadorans have Temporary Protected Status since 2001.

Oh yes.....they've managed to leave their lovely artwork all over the place. They have marked the entrances of well off subdivision areas by painting up the brick wall entry-ways. Real nice.

when the trash comes to my area, they will not stay around long. we have a neighborhood watch and my old man along with a few other men in the area work for the police we report illegal goings on. call your local news and report this. keep complaining to your congress get petitions signed. get rid of the trash. do it before it gets out of hand.

Yes, there is. I just wish that people would wake up and see what is really happening with illegal aliens! They are infiltrating our country and bringing with them diseases, poverty, drugs, gangs, and willing to break the law by just coming here.

I live in a nice, upscale neighborhood. In a nearby scummy neighborhood, we have the "Crips" on one side of us and the "Bloods" on the other. They use our street at the get-away.
Mexican gangs are all over. DEPORT ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS.
