My #1 personality turn on is a gal who is down-to-earth and self confident.
I HATE head games, girls who are into themselves, and whos only thoughts are fashion, make-up, and how they look compared to other girls.
This is not to say that I don't like my lady in some make-up, or for her to dress up from time to time, but I need her to have the self confidence that she's pretty, knows that >I< think she's hot, and to heck with what everyone else thinks. Part of the package has to be that she has a head of her own, and doesn't do what everyone else is doing, just because they are doing it.
