What is Saul trying to say about Johnathan?

Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother's sister: for she is thy mother's near kinswoman.

Johnathan was the son of Saul and heir to the throne of Israel. The confusion of nakedness refers to the fact that he was the offspring of Saul and heir to the throne and yet had sided with God that David was to be the next king of Israel. Johnathan and David grew up together and were best of friends.

1 Samuel 20 was where Saul told Jonathan that he is the son of a whore. He said that he know that as long as the son of Jesse (David) is alive that Jonathan will never be king. He tried to convince Jonathan to kill David.
Leviticus 18 is about forbidden sexual practices. It says not to have sexual intercourse with your aunt, mother or father's side.

Don't I know that you have sided with the son of Jesse to your own shame and to the shame of the mother who bore you? 31 As long as the son of Jesse lives on this earth, neither you nor your kingdom will be established. Now send and bring him to me, for he must die!"

Jonathan was Saul's first born son and heir to the throne. Jonathan's best friend was David, who was Saul's main rival. Saul view his son's friendship of David and his support of David's claim to the throne as being a betrayal and he chastising Jonathan by saying 'you're no son of mine, your mother must have committed adultery to conceive you' IE Saul was calling his son a back-stabbing bastard, in the truest sense of the term.

I think Saul was mighty angry that the people had chosen David, the son of Jesse, over his own crusty self. Saul was on a rant, calling Jonathan confused, and the mother a hoar, I guess. Same old, same old. Blow it out your @ss Saul, you loser.

Saul is pissed that his own son (whom he calls an ancient version of an SOB) has betrayed him by becoming friends with his mortal enemy (the guy who's going to take his throne!). He's also saying that because Jonathan is helping David, he's embarassing his own mother, making her wish she had kept her clothes on that night, by giving his right to be king of Israel to someone else! David and Jonathan were not gay. That question is getting tired.

And that is a winepress, like (the Talmudical passage): Purge the winepress (which was used for forbidden wine) (Ab. Zarah 74b); His winepresses will drip with wine (Targum Onkelos, Gen. 40:12)….(The last three words of Rashi are incomprehensible, and are probably erroneous. The correct version is unknown to us.)
