pc camera is a web camera..you can use while chatting..to view you to the other party live..like msn, yahoo messengers.r skype etc...

1st --- stop yelling! ALL CAPS = YELLING
PC means either Personal Computer or Politically Correct. so a pc camera is more than likely a personal computer camera. Sounds to me like one of those little golf ball sized cameras, which aren't exactly what a future photographer would need. Those are better suited for Instant Messenger video pictures.
Without any more information from you about the camera, such as make and model ... there's not much more I can help you with.
