"Why do Christians lie?"
"Why do Muslims involved in terrorism?"
"Why do Atheists are being hypocrites?"

Let's ask a more important question, why do we generalize? As a Muslim, I can understand how painful it is when just because a couple of bad apples act up, the whole organization is blamed. But, why do we generalize?

Why can't we just refer to the people responsible instead?

We generalize because generalizations make debating possible. Now, one should have a basis for their generalization and just pull stuff out of the air. And all should be aware that when one generalizes that there is the implied concession that there are exceptions to the stated 'rule' and that those exceptions are not part of the debate. If we get sidetracked debating and conceding all the exceptions, nothing gets accomplished.

Methinks this world needs Islam, that's why. And NOT the Islam of those idiots who claim to be Muslims and kill people in the name of Islam.
Soo.. peace and blessings of Allah be upon this crooked world and all of its crooked citizens (that means everyone) :D!

It is hard wired into brains both sociologically and psychologically. It can be overcome but it requires effort, and sadly most people do not want to expend the effort.
