The only one I know of is in Arlington at Washington-Lee High School (kinda near Ballston Commons) if it's still there. It was open to the general public. There's a big one at the Science Museum of Richmond, about an hour away. They also show IMAX movies.

There is always the real thing ... the U.S. Naval Observatory. They have nighttime observation for the public.
