Today I met a man whom I've been talking on the internet for a while... He was a very interesting person to talk to, but he spoiled it all at the very end: he kissed me on my cheek :( And i just wasn't ready... i hoped we could be friends, but it seems that he wants more... I don't want to lose all contact with him because he is REALLy interesting, but i guess it's the wisest option as i don't wish to have anything with him... What would you do?

perhaps this guy thought you were looking for a relationship, when you are not?
i have guy friends who will sometimes kiss me on the cheek as a friendly gesture -- they aren't trying to make out with me....
i think that him kissing you on the cheek was a gesture to say "i like you"... if you LIKE him, let him know. if you are UNCOMFORTABLE about the kiss on the cheek, why not tell him? everyone is different.
sorry to see you're giving up a potential friendship or relationship because of a simple kiss on the cheek.

I think if you have been chatting to him over the internet the met up he probably thought you really liked him! Unless you make it clear at the start that it's frienship you want then it's not really his fault. He was oblviously picking up on some signals from you. But then all he did was kiss you on the cheek - hardly thr crime of the century. If he had given you a full on snog then maye you have a right to be annoyed. He just got the wrong impression. I think you should chat with him on the internet again and explain that you don't want a relationship. Communication is the key here! Talk to him.

You know what you are ready for and what you are not and if youw ant to be friends with this guy then you need to tell him striaght forward that you want to be friends and nothing more right now and that you hope he understands, Let him know you find him interesting but you are under the impression that he wants more then a friendship and find out if it is true, then go from there, If you lose contact with him then you know that it was not meant to be and if he accepts and is friends with you for awhile at least then you know that he is a real friend.

All this from a kiss on a CHEEK? My brother kisses me on a cheek when I meet him... Maybe he was just being friendly? Maybe you should just talk to him and see if you're reading more in to the kiss than there is?

OMG I with the rest of them-it was just an innocent kiss on your cheek-it doesn't mean he wants to bed you down. What cannot you be ready for-it purely looks like he wants to be just friends for now. Stick with it or you may lose.

I don't think he ment anything by kissing you on the cheek..i think he was just being friendly...but if you reall think that he want more just drop suttle hints that u just want to be friends....like your the most interesting FRIEND i've had in a long time or something like that.

lots of people kiss each other on the cheek to say good bye i would be more worried if he had kissed you on the lips. may be it was just a good bye kiss why don't you tell him you would like to be friend but felt uncomfortable when he kissed you.
