As they have all been brainwashed into an irrational belief (which actually trades on it's irrationality - see all "faith vs proof" answers I'll get) and you can't have a logical debate as there is nothing logical about what they believe or think...

Some theist answers are disheartening-like you said...How can you argue fact or reason with someone who throws 'belief' at you? But, you never know who's watching.

All have been brainwashed? I suppose you're going to tell me generalizing people in this way is rational? Or even reasonable? Granted there are religious groups out there that are whacked... but I would appreciate it if you wouldn't throw all of Theists in together.... Maybe some of us won't throw you in with Stalin in a generalization of the same kind.

You view a belief in the supernatural as irrational... that doesn't make all people who believe in it irrational.... otherwise, almost 90% of America wouldn't be able to function in what you call the Real World. =) Of course, I'm going by your question here to determine what your Real World is.... obviously it's not functioning at all, since all but the Atheists are irrational. lol

Basically, They are stubborn and angry at the world, I believe them to be ....fed up because they felt they had no meaning. SO you come across and Athiest they basically picked it up because if you dont stand for something you will fall for anything. Why do you think the majority of Athiests are mad angry bitter and cold?!?!?! they are lost souls and it gives them a sense of purpose and self worth to stand up to people and fight pointless meaningless fights

I am not an atheist...and yet i m not a theist either...why generalize?? believers believe they r rite, and atheists believe they r....no body is changing their mind..so give up already...as long as u find satisfaction in ur heart.....

PS: i do feel some atheists are being as nasty as some theists, treating anyone who is not an atheist like a moron.....

Yes. I believe in God BECAUSE it goes against all MAN's logic. It doesnt mean I am brainwashed, or uneducated. My IQ and 4.0GPA can account for that. I just understand that there is more than we can understand, add personal experience and it make sense to me. It doesnt have to make sense to you.

Oh for God's sake....oh, sorry, Gosh's sake (don't want to offend) Believe what you will and I will believe what I will. I really don't care anymore.
