i got in a fight with my little brother whos 7 and he started it but then i punched him and gave him a black eye and kicked him and now he has a really bad bruse but now my mums blaming it on me and my brother making up loads of stuff that i didn't do and now my mums saying she wants to send me to a boot camp thing but i don't want to go but she said i need to sort out my anger so she making me go how can i stop her?

Well, you admit that you did hit and kick him. That's step number one. How old are you? 13-16? With an age differance like that you should know better than to hit/kick your 7yr old brother. Ask her if an alternative for you is to see you school counselor. It's a compromise, and cheaper than bootcamps (10,000 a semiester). You are seeking help for the anger she says you have, and you aren't going to "bootcamp." When you go to the counselor you need to be open and honest, don't sugar coat it, or make stuff up. It will help you in the long run. I hope that I have been of some help to you.

Regardless of who started it, giving a 7 year old a black eye (no matter YOUR age), kicking him, and giving him a bad bruise is NEVER appropriate unless it was truly self-defense (e.g., you were tied down and punching him was the only way to escape being stabbed).
Without details, it appears you do have an anger issue.
7 year olds cause trouble. Walk away.

Stuff like this has been happening since before time was time. But. . .you live in the Scientific age now. . get a video camera. . hide it.. .and tear apart your brothers crap with cold hard evidence.
