Reputation is the most valuable good a person can own, even that it is immaterial it is something that everybody around you can feel and according to it you will be well or bad accepted for a society.
Reputation it is the image the society has about a person and this image is so important that based only in ones reputation a person can get a better job opportunity or at least is shown as more reliable for being trusted for specific functions. :)

Reputation-estimation in which a person or thing is held.

I believe reputation to mean what others see you as on a basis of you actions and character, not a face, but the real you. How they view you according to how you represent yourself. Some person may have a bad reputation in one circle, but in another it may be a good one...it all depends on a persons values.

i belive that reputation is an overrated word. It can mean good or bad which doesn't really give the word a simple meaning. But what i reckon it represents someones attitude towards there own life and the decisions they have to make. This can decide whether a person gains a good reputation or bad

To me, reputation is kin to honesty, as in reputable. Either a person is honest and reputable to deal with, therefore having a good reputation, or they are not reputable and not honest and therefore they do not have a good reputation. Your reputation is going to reflect on you when dealing with people who may know of you, but do not know you yet. Maybe you are an honest person, maybe you would never think of getting homework answers on-line. Maybe you would.

To me a reputation is a representation of who you are. If you have a bad reputation it means that you are either behaving badly or you present yourself to be dirty and unclean. You will hate high school because the way you present yourself to others. but if you have a good rep. you will like high school more because you will have more friends and people will get to know you and see the real you and not judge you.

It really depends on what you are referring to. If I want my car repaired I would go to a repair shop that had the best reputation I could find. If I wanted a date I might look for a girl with the worst reputation....

Capricorn Midheaven Uranus-Neptune conjuction in 10th House I don't really care about my reputation but the people around do. It's shocking to them that I keep changing jobs because I'm bored (uranus effect) and haven't found my true calling yet (neptune effect). They are keeping tabs on me because I've done great in my school years. But school years are only a part of your life. You need to grow and mature, everything changes whether you like it or not - for better or for the worst. You never know what Life will throw on you. Just stand up every time you fall, dust yourself off, and keep marching own with hope in your heart lol :))

Nothing -- it shouldn't matter what other people think of you only what you think of yourself..

i had a baby at 16 years old ...most people would think awful things of me which are all assumtions and not true....because the truth is i have only been with one guy my fiance(my son's father)...and we're getting married this summer

not only that but it was fate because i have a rare kidney disease that only about 80 people in the united states have!! they would have never discovered it had i not had my son and i would have died before i turned 17...

i am now 18 years old and its been 2 1/2 long years almost 3 and just as I did then i do now believe that you should only care what you ultimately think because other people dont have the whole story on you nor is it any of their business
