healthy hair grows 2 inches every month...black women don't brush their hair from scalp to ends everyday like white women do...brushing your scalp stimulates blood flow and natural oil secretions to your scalp...make sure your hair is well moisturized w/products encouraging moisturization instead of volumizing or clarifying...make sure you're trimming at least 1/4 inch off every 4-6 weeks and you'll definitely see growth...the only miracle in "miracle" products is that you're actually massaging them in...so in essence you're really just massaging your scalp!

I had cancer treatment and my hair was thinning out and someone told me to take Selenium, available from the health food store really cheap. I did take it for a few months and my hair got really really thick. Now it is too thick but I believe it worked.
Selenium only cost two dollars it is worth a try.
