If you're age 14 or over, then you're not supposed to eat meat on Fridays during Lent.
You are excused from this requirement if you are sick, frail, pregnant, nursing a child, if your health considiton is such that you require meat to maintain your health, or if you're a guest at someone's meal and you could not excuse yourself without giving great offense or causing enmity, or during other situations of moral or physical impossibility to observe the penitential discipline.

According to church rules Catholics should not eat meat on Fridays during lent. This means no beef, chicken, lamb, pork or any land animal. Seafood is OK.
In my opinion a gluttonous dinner of pasta at an Italian restaurant or an expensive lobster dinner meets the letter, but not the spirit, of the rules.

You can, but you shouldn't. You can also be forgiven and there are worse things you can be forgiven for... but you can, unless your jaws are wired closed.

You can, I suppose. The question is whether you may.
