Definitely ! That's actually one of the easiest ways to deep condition your hair. When I do it, I wash it first, towel dry it, then totally saturate it with the deep conditioner. Personally, I love to use the cholesteral ( I use Queen Helen) . So, after I saturate & comb it through & what-not, I put a plastic shower cap on my head & call it a night. (I also put a towel ove my pillow incase some seeps out over night) . Then, when you get up in the morning, all you have to do it rinse it out. What I love about the cholesteral is that it will make your hair soooo soft w/o being greasy at all ! ( it's also great for African-American hair. My brother's gf uses it & it really helps to soften her hair & also prevent breakage ! )

Hope this helps !

Yes. I used to wash my hair and use Queen Helene's deep conditioner on it then, I'd leave it in all night long. Sometimes I would put in a lighter conditioner (like Revlon) and allow my hair to dry with it. It would look as if I had waves put in my hair and that's how I would wear it, without washing the conditioner out.
