I have recently stopped using the elevator at my work. I work on the 11th floor and go up and down a couple all day. I was wondering if there was a specifice excersice that will focus on my outer thighs.

Yes there is a machine for that!

Abbuction/Adduction. Specifically targets inner and outer thighs.

Squats and lunges. Lots and lots of squats and lunges.
