Can someone tell me the name of this army reg?

I need the army regulation for enlisted promotions for the year 2005. the one for the year 2006 is AR-600-8-19. Does anyone know the name of the enlisted promotion regulation that was in effect before that one?

The regulation number does not change. Prior to November, it was still AR 600-8-19. If you want to know the differences, at the beginning of the regulation it shows what changes were made at each update. i.e. the previous edition was July, so it shows what is different between July's version and Novembers.
