drink a liter of water about an hour before you go in. you'll just pass it (do NOT pee until you go for the test)...pot is stored in your fat cells. if you're overweight you might want to also purchase a detox kit from your local head shop (or maybe even health store)...they just mask the chemicals. other stuff exits your body within a few days. good luck

Don't use drugs. Aside from that know the life of a drug in your system(you can find it online usually). Some drugs are gone the next day others linger a while.
However the real reason I wanted to put an answer in here is a warning, do not eat any foods containing poppy seeds. These will make you fail the test for opiates. They did a test of this on Mythbusters.

Stop using the drugs.......it depends specifically on which drug you want to get out of your system...for things like weed just drink a lot of water and do a fat burning workout....other drugs do not stay in your system for very long so stop a few days before the drug test...heck just stop altogether

go to the a herbal store and get a bottle of power called THE STUFF you mix it with water,drink it and you are good to go.
