That I like but I don't know what to say to her?I just got out of a relationship and i don't know if I'm ready to get back in one?Also I plan on going to the marines in July should I start another relationship or forget about it?I love being around her but I don't know if I should do anything, because there might be a chance that i could get killed in the marines?I really don't know what to do.

First of all, don't plan your life around the fact that you may get killed, that could happen right here at home but we don't plan our lives around it. Secondly, you may be passing up on the love of your life. Just spend some time with her and see how it goes. May turn out that you have nothing in common, but you aren't going to know if you do nothing. Take it slow, you don't have to marry her tomorrow.

If you think that she likes you, you should let her know how you feel. If not, I wouldn't try to start a relationship now. You will just be leaving her in a few months and it is hard for a woman to be without her man for that long. If you are meant to be, look her up when you get back. That is my suggestion, I am an army wife. It hurts to be apart for so long. Maybe you could tell her you like her and would she be interested in going out when you get back?? I don't know - do what you feel is right.

Trust your heart. You know if it's time to start a new relationship. We all need a certain period of grieving when a relationship ends. I think your subconscious is finding reasons to delay you. Once you give yourself permission to date again, however, I see no reason why you shouldn't, just because you're joining the marines.
