You must first eliminate all external possibilities such as, are you using a new face cleanser, are you using a new body wash in the shower, are you using a new make up brand, are you using a new laundry detergent (even though they go through a rinse cycle there can still be residue on them) and there are more things you may want to look at. Once you eliminate all external things and you can't find a cause then you will want to look at all internal possibilities such as, are you drinking a new brand of water, milk, soda pop, coffee etc. or is there anything else new in your diet that you only have once in a while? If you can eliminate all of these possibilities then it is time to see a doctor and they will test you for what might be causing the problem but you will need to understand it will take some time for them to identify what might be causing the problem. Hope this helps, Good Luck>

Since it's located just in the areas you mentioned, I think you can rule out any flea bites or other insects bites...you'd have them elsewhere on your body also.

Thinking it might be your pillow cases was a good idea because it's an allergic reaction to something you're probably wearing...a sweater, jacket, scarf, something that's coming in contact with those areas.

Your makeup would be suspect also...perhaps stop using whatever you've been using on a daily basis and see if they go away.

Try switching your body soap and shampoo. Also, you can wash your bedding as much as you like, but if the allergen is coming from an animal that has free reign of your house, then your clothing and bedding are going to keep getting contaminated. I'm 25, and I developed an allergy to animals just in the past year and I'm breaking out in the same effing red bumps. I have now resorted to bathing my boxers (dogs), taking Claratin daily, and washing my bedding once a week. It helps.

It could be an allergic reaction. Maybe your allergic to the laundry soap your using hard water will even dry out your skin. My daughter has an almost rash like bumps on her neck. She has eczema. She needs a steroidal cream applied a couple times a day. Its usually last for most of the dry part of winter a couple months, then she good til next year.
