I've heard that if elected, he needs no Secret Service protection, because Mormons are guarded by their undies.
Does anyone know the truth of this matter?

Well.........

Last time I looked at Mitt Romney's underwear, it didn't look to me like it was bulletproof.

The man does indeed wear his special Mormon undies, but any myth that people think it'll protect them from physical danger is really just folklore.

Apparently, the Mormon undies are to protect them from 'spiritual danger'. In other words, since they're considered sacred, Mormons aren't supposed to show them to people who wouldn't understand their symbolism, that way it'll keep them from committing fornication and adultery.
