i have a problem getting up in the morning, i dont hear the alarm or hear nyone moving me to wake me. can anyone tell me fi they have a goodd idea as towhat to try to wake up on time?
i have tried super loud alarms, water sprayed on my face, my dog licking my face, alarms under the pillow, EVERYTHING.
Help! I keep getting to work late and i am afraid i will be fired soon. PLEASE HELP>>

Try going to sleep at a much earlier time than usual (about 2 hours earlier). If it's too hard to go to sleep so early, try an herb called Valerian Root, or Chamomille or sleepy time tea with some honey.
If you have windows try leaving the curtains open so the sunlight can wake you up.

Quick ?, how many hours do you rest on the average. The reason I ask is - the problem may not be you not hearing an alarm or feeling a nudge. It could be that your body is depleted of energy on a regular basis. If you think this may be the case I would suggest the following:
*revamp your priority list - your health should be in your top three
*re-evaluate your diet...start by eliminating the heavy foods in the evenings, primarily after 6-7pm
*squeeze some excercise into your life - if you're already doing so -step back and see if maybe you're pushing your body too hard
*check out the signs and symptoms of sleep apnea and see if there's cause for concern there
*pray
