No, he doesn't. His paternal ancestors were most probably Pashtuns, since most of Khans are of Pathan, how they're called in Urdu, or Pashtun ancestry. Actually it isn't clear whether all Khans, especially those in India are of Pashtun or Mongolian descent. Some Khans might be even Turks or Tatars by origin, since Khan was a title for ancient Turkish and Mongolian noblicity, like Lord in England. Mind that many Pashtuns aren't Khan and many Khans aren't Pashtuns.

Shahrukh Khan himself cannot be considered a Pashtun, since he's born into a Hindustani family and none of his parents spoke Pashtu. Most of Indians who claim Pashtun descent can't speak Pashtu.

Though his forefathers are from Afghanistan but he doesn't know 'Pashto' language, which is very sweet and poetic.
