For eg. If a begginer on a cardio exercise on a thread mill can walk for 30 mins at 6km/hr , grade and if his pulse rate is in the range of Training heart range, wont his stamina and fitness build up and need to work more?
Can someone put light on to this doubt? Thanks in advance.

You are correct. Over time, as you build up stamina during your workouts, you need to push yourself harder in order to reach your target heart rate.

Yes that is true. The more you do a certain activity the more your body adapts to be able to do the activity with less effort. So you need to increase the amount you do to get the same effect. It is why you are also recommended to change the physical activity you do once in a while.

Absolutely. The longer you work out it should become easier, so you need to increase either the intensity or duration of your workout to continue getting benefits and results from your workout.

Yeah, I would think intensity should increase...but if I were you I'd also consider doing strength training. With that you increase intensity as well as change up exercises to work different muscle groups.

Definitely! Once your body gets used to an exercise routine, its no longer as beneficial as it was when you started. You have to make your routine more difficult or add more time to your routine. I change my routine often.
