That's the problem with America we a selfish nation and unwilling to change our ways or make corporations do the same, we are a disgrace to the world! These same people who answer "no" are the same to say "let market forces" stear us in the right direction (by that I mean those people are the first to scream when regulations have to be put in place cause we cant get out act together).

Oh to answer the question, YES I would, **** all you who cant fork out an extra few pennies, because if enough of us do it, prices always go down.

For those that are condeming Americans as ignorant boobs that only think about money, I say try thinking outside of your own little world. If you have the money, do it.

The econominc reality for many people is that an extra $.50 per package over the course of a year adds up to a lot of extra money. Those people in the lower quintiles of the economic ladder simply don't have the money to pay extra.

Comdemning peoples decisions without even trying to understand their circumstances smacks of elitism and is just the attitude that turns many people off to the so-called environmental movement.

Eco-friendly is where its at!
But, somehow humans (in our infinite wisdom, hahahahaha) actually feel that we have a inviolate right to take whatever is here and destroy it if we want. WE HUMANS, are the only species on earth that will deliberately soil our own nests.

Why do we do this? Because the religion of the "morally right" states that the earth is here for our use. And by god, anyone who stands in the way of permanent destruction needs to be eliminated. This is the mentality of a morally corrupt society.
Evidence is everywhere to this fact of history. Oh ya, I forgot. Humans are incapable of learning from history.

you are able to be careful about deceptive promotion. the packaging may be "eco-friendly", yet when it had to be shipped throughout the country, how "eco- pleasant" is it. you want to consider each and each of the embodied potential in a product. featuring the potential from the procurement of raw elements, production strategies, distribution, etc. a case in point, it truly is contained in the data at the moment, is ethanol. while it may certainly shrink our dependence on overseas oil, it calls for more suitable potential to refine than petroleum depending fuels. the massive agri-agencies like Monsanto or Archer Daniels Midland, do not favor to carry interest to this because they are able to emphasise up corn expenditures, which in turn drives up the fee of elevating cattle. so we've accomplished no longer something to reduce emissions, and the fee of cornflakes and hamburgers only went up. besides the undeniable fact that it truly is all being touted because the "eco-friendly" issue to do, and it gained't income our ecosystem in any respect. so, to respond to your question, could i pay more suitable?, i imagine we are already paying more suitable. that having been stated, i could inspire easily everyone to reduce, reuse, and recycle. it will make a distinction, and also you are able to be the replace that you want to make certain contained in the global.
