I presume you have made the wine yourself in which case the tannin content is too high and if your palette is not satisfied, try again.

if it's home brew buy a more expensive one next time. the cheappies are crap. and if it's shop bought take earwigos advice

eat some fresh parsley, works also for Garlic smell in your mouth
