Tonight, alone, I brewed an English mild, bottled and ESB and racked a dunkelweissen. I'll be entering all these in a competition in two weeks along with an english-style barleywine, a strong scotch ale, a cherry lambic, a japanese pale ale, and three or four different meads.
I also brew smoked beers, fruit beers, pale ales, ciders, stouts, dark German lagers and so much more.

I *do* homebrew all types of beer. Amber, Hefeweizen, Stout, Porter, just to name a few. Mead is a great homebrew experience as well. It's a very satisfying and fun hobby.

I'm putting together a recipe based on my ex.
It's going to taste a little sweet, have a helluva kick, leave you wondering just a little, and give you a monster of a hangover the next day.
I'm going to call it "Wicked Red Ex"
