Try and chat with your own age only and do not have actual meeting with any one chat rooms are full of wrong and right people. Remember chat room are for chat only.

Enter the Chat room of your choice.Chat and chat till you are flat.
Collect the Ids of your friends who like to be on line to chat with you.Add them to your list and ,if they accept , go ahead and chat.

u must not be so worried even i m below 18yrs & i chat with ppl whom i don't know but chating is done to make friends so u must not b worried u just find friends & chat with them . u just have to be little bit concious about the persons whom u r chating.

Well, you can make a pseudo account. Change the age facts and all. That ought to get you in but beware of the crude assholes out there, especially in yahoo chat.

Goto school activities. Goto teen centers. There are programs for teen get togethers. Try going to the mall. Maybe a arcade. Also, go places where people do stuff you like. If you like models, goto hobby shops

Well, there is not age limit to who you can chat with... You can just join a teen channel and chat to them or buff them about your age...
There are many places you can chat such as msn, skype, friendster, irc, icq etc n etc...
