Hahaha! Funny you ask that. My uncle boxed for a period of time. He had and has Diabeties. It is just a blood/sugar disorder. As long as your levels are all good you are just fine, it is non-contractable.

Box what? Humans? If this is what you mean.....diabetics heal slowly and get infections more frequently than other folks do. It would not be the sport of choice for a diabetic. An injury could mean gangrene could set in due to poor healing time and one could possibly lose a limb or something. If you mean box up something like clothes, old shoes, this is America so do what you like.

I see no reason why not. I am a diabetic and took kick boxing lessons without any problems.

If you pass the physical and get a license your allowed. Each state has it's own set of criteria.
