I'm flying from New Jersey to Atl soon, and i was wondering, whats the best airline i can use?

Try AirTran or Delta. They will both have nonstop flights to ATL.

Delta and AirTran both have hubs in ATL and Continental has a hub at EWR so all three airlines will offer nonstop flights on that route. Continental is the best of the three airlines - it's actually one of the best airlines period. Delta and AirTran are average to below average. Just avoid United at all costs - you will likely have to make a connection at their hub at Washington-Dulles (one of the worst airports) and it's also by far the WORST airline out there.

Singapore airlines, Emirates, Malaysia, Cathay Pacific and Qatar Airways...
...But none of them fly between EWR and ATL !
I guess, in your case any airline is good. With CO you can get miles and then use them with other SkyTeam members, like Air France, aeroMexico, KLM, Alitalia, etc.

For such a short flight, the main thing to look for is price rather than comfort. It's only a 1 hour flight I think.
Do a search on www.expedia.com for flights from NJ to Atlanta to find the cheapest flight available for the time you want to fly. They list prices for every airline.

american airlines all the way.
ive flown thousands of miles with them and never had any problems. NJ to Atl is not quite as long as my Germany-New York connection.....but go with AA! They rock.

delta because atlanta is deltas main hub so they should have a flight to new jersey.
