I was curious. I have a wedding to go to on Sunday (it's last minute thing) and I need to drop some pounds by then. If I go on a pure liquid diet until sunday, how much weight could I lose? Today is Friday.

I don't recommed it. It's very bad. But if you do it, you could probobly lose 5- 10 pounds depending on how much you exercise. Just remember, it's not fat you'd be loosing, it's muscle!!

To little to late. You'll loose maybe a pound or two. Chances are you'll deprive your body before the wedding so much that you'll have one drink and make a fool of yourself. Your best bet is to go a health food store and talk with an expert about diuretics. These pills are what body builder use to loose all the water in their body so that they are super ripped. Please talk with an expert before you go hog wild with this type of rapid weight loss. You could seriously hurt yourself.

none because your body will react on what your doing and it will hold the fat or your calories and it wont let go. cause your brain knows that you are not giving your body anyfood. so don't even try to do it. it wont work. what you can do its workout a lot and drink a lot of water drink have of what you weight in oz

Hi. i used 2 go on crash diets and my nutrition levels fell down considerably.
anyway, promise urself that this is the last time.
day 1. eat only fruits (papaya, guava, apples2-3,watermelons) n steamed veggies/salads, NO OIL in any form. try a fat free tomato soup if u wanna have something salty.
2. eat a low cal diet of fibre(grain bread/wheat bread) , veggies n salads n 2-3 teaspoons of oil in ur portion of food in the whole day and 2 cups of skimmed milk/yoghurt.eat about 6 slices of bread. no meats, proteins,cheeses...NO DIET STUFF, NO LOW CAL CHEESE, NO PRESERVATIVES if u can help it.
3. day 3: resume diet of day 1.
MY PERSONAL EXP SAYS YOU WILL LOSE 4-5 POUNDS.
