Hmm. Try calling him and asking him to meet you some where. Send him a well written and though out email or letter. Text him. Guys can't hold grudges forever. The odds are he loves you too only some thing happened that hurt him so badly he gave you a full month of the silent treatment yes girls even guys can do that so it's not just "a girl thing" ok. Do whatever it is you have to do to let him know you love him. Tell him you forgive him for being so distant for the month but that you also value him and his friendship and his presence and that you wanna fix the issues and have him back. Hopefully he'll understand.

I think that you should go settle it with him. If you like him you should stay mad at each other.Tell him that you don't want to fight. You should also tell him how you feel. I don't know that I am doing much help because this has never happened to me but I'm trying my best. So good luck. You never know what will happen until you try.

Well if he is mad at you let him come to you maybe he needs some space.. But on the other hand if you love him then go ather what you want.

turn yourself into him and you have to start talk to him when you see him, and you have to talk softly and sweet voice, sure you will beat his heart, then he will start to interest in you then you be more confident to say out that you love him
it happened to me before we didn't talk to each other about 4 months even though we love each other, and i never tell him that i love him, present i have no chance to tell him that i love him, because he leaved away, and far faraway.

Ask him why he is upset, and try to fix the problem.
This usually helps a lot and it gives the chance for some venting. let him vent let him vent with you. Thats how you can fix this.
