Change your eating habits first off. Buy lots of fruits and veggies to eat. Also, watch the food labels, and try to avoid foods that are high if fat calories. I have had success with this. I've lost 15 pounds in just two months, and now I'm starting to increase my weight training. I have cut out red meats and switched to fish, chicken, and turkey.
Example.
I'll have a bowl of cereal for breakfast, with my coffee, and if I get hungry before lunch time, I'll grab an apple or a banana to eat. (Pink Lady apples are the best, they're small and sweet.) For lunch I'll make some white rice, and top it off with some steamed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc.) and then place a piece of baked (not fried) chicken or turkey meat on top. It's very filling. For dinner, you could go with something light, such as, a sliced turkey sandwich, or a chicken sandwich. If you like chips, then switch to baked lays brand chips. If you look at the back of the bag you'll see a big difference in calories and fat calories, compared to regular chips. Baked lays have all sorts of varieties to choose from. Try to set a cut-off time for eating at night (I choose 8pm). If you do feel like snacking at night, then eat an apple, orange, or a banana. I'll take one of each, cut them up and then mix them together in a bowl and eat 'em. Lastly, don't give up. I've struggled with weight (up's and down's) for most of my life, and now, for the first time, I actually feel as if I'm winning the battle. Good luck to you. Each day you succeed, the better you'll feel, and the easier it'll seem to you.
One more thing. I'll still eat a bowl of ice cream once and again, usually after having eaten sensibly throughtout the day, as well as exercised. Remember, muscle burns more calories.

Absolutely! You are def in the right mindset and know the facts about weight loss, which is a very important place to start! I would suggest that you use your gym membership to your advantage and consult with their trainers or nutritionists to develop a plan based on your current fitness level, goals and lifestyle. If possible, buy a few sessions with a trainer to jump-start your groove. Don't lose faith and be patient, you have a TON of time and you can totally do this!!!

Balance your cardio and weights with plenty of healthy food and lifestyle choices. You shouldn't have a problem, you seem very determined!!!

Good luck!!!

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! regular exercise of course is always good and a balanced diet, but its so hard . I list 35 pounds taking phentermine, it was prescribed by my physician. He wont prescribe anymore so someone gave me this: go to www.customhrt.com, click other treatments, then go to weight loss. I take the 37.5 mg. Its 100 for 3 months. I lost my weight in 5 months. So really not a bad price, check it out!!

I personlly use a revolutionary new cleansing technology that is all natural. Since I have introduced this system I have lost 20 lbs and gone from a size 18-10. This cleansing system cleanses the body of impurities that we acquire on a daily basis.

There are tons of supplements these days that boost energy and matabolism to help burn fat. In my opinion, one of the best is a new supplement called the apple patch. You dont have to consume any tablets or substances, its just a simple patch that you wear under your clothing and the vitamins and energy boosters absorb into your body. A freind of mine lost 20 in 3 weeks with little or no exercise just by wearing the damn thing! Check it out! http://applepatchdiet.com/da22604
